Presidential Handoffs: Serb Citizens Cheer Russian Announcements:

(11:20 AM PST) The Serb citizens cheered when they heard the Russians oppose the bombing of Serb forces in the civil war. It reminds them of the world power of past that USSR provided.

And what he hell are we having al gore telling Yeltsin that the bombing will begin in an hour, isn't that Bill Clinton's job.

President has never been big on policies the big picture. Now he lies in the bed he’s helped make.

Russia is sending (sent) tactical planes to Serbia. Why are we not having Russia being acquiescent with this mission.?

Russian Prime Minister Yevgeny Primakov , turned his plane to the USA around while en route to Washington. Their fleets are getting ready.

Bill why aren't the Russians at least appearing to be neutral, Yeltsin said just a few hours ago that the world needs to convince Bill not to do this.

Why wasn’t Yeltsin brought on board? This is the responsibility of Bill Clinton.

Bill Clinton’s discussions with US Senators? Bill Clinton's consultations are just: here is what we are going to do.

Bill Clinton is this a failure of why you do what you do in the foreign arena:

Bloody situations have existed in this Presidency and still exist in the world, with millions dead, these should be balanced with why are we bombing in Yugoslavia; How was the decision made:

· The Wye River Accord (Middle East) does not work.

· Haiti: We still spend millions with troop there and it is still not a democracy.

· Greece and Turkey could be drawn into Yugoslav civil war.

· Burundi

· Rwanda

Is this Power Panic Politics - Objective analysis is "what"? The people killing Serbs are not part of NATO, does that matter?

Welcome to Somalia 1999! Let’s hope Milosevic gives up.

[Some of these ideas surfaced with Senator John McCain with host Shawn Hanity on the EIB Network Radio.]

The President did not say anything when it was asked by a reporter, as told by Sam Donaldson, "What are we going to do if bombing does not work." Bill turned to National Security Adviser Sandy Berger who said, "We will continue bombing."

I rest my case.

Now let's support the troops.
